This is an essential qualification for anyone who wnts to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol. The course lasts one day and costs £130-00. This includes tuition, the exam fee and refreshments. As with all the course the tutor has essential experience in the licensed trade which will make the day both relevent and informative.
This certificated course is a key means of gaining knowledge regarding the cellar for an entrant into the licensed trade. Attendence will ensure that the candidate understands the nature of all kinds of beer and how to ensure that it is served hygienically and at its very best

An essential course (which provides evidence of an employer's due diligence) for anybody who handles food in the course of their day to day duties. The one day course costs £45-00 per candidate. We hold regular public courses or can attend your workplace if numbers suffice.
